Sessions |
|
| PropertyView is a web based
application that provides the ability to view an aerial photograph
over a desired location according to certain search criteria.
The imagery is displayed in a map viewer in which the property
boundaries can also be shown. Search criteria can consist of
either, a street address and suburb, or lot/plan description
of the property. If there is imagery available for the search
area then the user is prompted for credit card payment through
a secure link direct with the Commonwealth Bank. The PropertyView
session is started once the payment is validated. Each
session entitles the user to 20 separate image views of the
property and surrounding neighbourhood. A new view is provided
each time the map is panned or a different zoom scale is selected.
The session is available for a period of one
hour. After this time the session is timed out and a new session
is required for further viewing. The Print/Save option
allows the user to print the current image view to a local
printer or save the image on the local computer. The printer
friendly image is formatted for an A4 portrait print at 150
dpi and provides an image size of 10cm x 10cm. The scale of
the print is selected via the set zoom tool prior to printing.
Each session entitles the user to a single print or saved
image. Additional prints are available at a cost of $5.50
including GST.

Data & Coverage |

| The digital imagery
displayed in PropertyView can be purchased for use in Geographic
Information Systems, CAD and Graphics software. This data is
fully orthorectified and colour balanced to produce a high resolution
digital data set that can be used for advertising, asset management,
planning, environmental management and construction. Orders
for digital data can be made from within a PropertyView session
or simply by contacting Webmap. |

Enlargements - Digital |
|
Digital enlargements can be ordered during a PropertyView session. These enlargements are available in a variety of ‘sizes’ as indicated below. The sizes represent the output viewing size or print size. Pricing includes session cost of $19.80.

It is supplied as a 190 mm x 190 mm image (usable to 400 mm size ~A3) plus a 100mm x 100 mm image with boundaries. The enlargement covers an area of about 200 metres x 200 metres on the ground. It is suited for real estate, planning, property development and rescode uses..

Payments |

Payments for subscriptions are available by credit card, cheque or electronic fund transfer. All subscription accounts offer discounted rates (20% or more).
Subscription options remove the need to use a credit card for each transaction and offer a reduction in aerial photo costs of 20% (from $19.80 to $15.40) per image.
