Why don’t the boundaries match the
image?
The imagery has been rectified to ground coordinates
and has an accuracy of +/- 0.45m. The accuracy of the boundaries
varies from point to point and may not match the imagery. This
difference in accuracy may result in a slight displacement in
the display of the boundaries with respect to the images. See
also FAQ 5 – Are the boundaries accurate?

Are the boundaries accurate?
The cadastral boundaries are derived from the Cadastral
Plus product produced by PSMA Australia. These boundaries are
captured by a variety methods including, digitising, scanning
and direct entry. The resultant accuracy of the boundaries varies
across the data set. The boundary lines depict an approximate
location of the cadastral boundary only and should not be used
as a legal definition or for construction purposes. The true location
of the cadastral boundaries must be determined by a Licenced Land
Surveyor.
