PropertyView is an initiative of Webmap Pty Ltd and seeks to provide a variety of professional sectors with simplified access to aerial photography.

PropertyView Usage
PropertyView services can be used in the following situations:

Show the potential purchasers a view of the property in context with the surrounding properties. Highlight the saleable attributes of the property. Eg proximity to water, shops, parks etc. Display the extent of the property with a cadastral overlay.

Use the imagery for investigation of claims and preparation for legal proceedings. Imagery can aid with traffic accident investigation or be used as a record of properties insured. See what is actually on the property that is being insured

Purchasers can easily confirm the property they are buying using the visible features rather than a plan description. Mortgagees can keep a record of the assets they have as security on loan

Webmap Pty Ltd
Webmap Pty Ltd is an Australian company based in Brisbane that provides high resolution digital imagery over the Asia Pacific Region. Webmap currently holds imagery archives over Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Under agreements with Eastman Kodak in the United States, Webmap provides content for the Kodak Global Imaging database.

PropertyView Application
The PropertyView application is purpose built for Webmap by Geometry. The map viewer incorporates the Exposure Image Server and Exposure Spatial Server image display engines created by Geometry. PropertyView combines imagery and cadastral data into a single, easy to use application.

Imagery
The Webmap imagery provided in PropertyView is generated using the latest technology and industry standard procedures to ensure that the imagery has the highest quality and accuracy.
